Born from the need to stretch the family clothing budget and love of fashion, Fabulous but Frugal Boutique became the answer to owner, Connie Pell’s prayer. In today’s economy reusing, repurposing, and recycling have become the norm for many households. Taking that knowledge, the former home economics teacher and dressmaker further honed her skills to individually select the gently worn and new apparel and accessories for the Boutique. We believe that value is just as important as providing the consumer a good price. The Boutique is not over crowded, but amply supplied for a ‘gathering of friends’ shopping experience. The personality of the shop conveys “welcome, we appreciate you, want to help you and see that your time here was satisfying: You are valuable to this business!”
